WaveShop is a fast, lightweight, audio editor. The program is bit-perfect, meaning samples aren't altered unless they need to be. Editing a portion of an audio file only affects that portion; the rest of the file is untouched. Blocks of audio can be cut and pasted without changing their contents at all. This is especially useful for patching a finished master without corrupting its dither. Waveshop's features include peak and RMS analysis, normalizing, fading, audio generation, and more, all with unlimited undo. Alternatively, WaveShop Portable automatically switches between 32 & 64-bit and portablizes paths.

[UPDATE] IECacheView v1.51 Posted: 03 Sep 2013 09:25 AM PDT IECacheView reads the cache folder of Internet Explorer and displays the list of all files currently stored. For each cache file, the following is displayed: Filename, Content Type, URL, Last Accessed Time, Last Modified Time, Expiration Time, Number Of Hits, File Size, Folder Name, and full path of the cache filename. The information can be easily saved to a text/html/xml file, or copied to the clipboard and pasted to another application, like Excel or OpenOffice spreadsheet.

[UPDATE] ArsClip v4.12 Posted: 03 Sep 2013 09:17 AM PDT ArsClip remembers the most recent clipboard entries and allows you to quickly paste any of the entries into a program by pressing a hotkey (by default ctrl+shift+z). You can configure it to monitor both text and non-text clipboard entries, and you can create permanent items that are always present. There are also multiple ways for entering items into a program, including a "form mode" for pasting multiple fields in one step.
